Today I learnt the importance of being able to be strong enough to admit our mistakes in decisions and telling the truth to people is better than leading them on senselessly. Business or life is all about relationships, and one of the key things I learnt is that being true is the only way to keep these relationships going and growing the right way.
Relationships can be so strong in times of adversity yet at times it can be broken with just a single dishonesty. White lies are merely lies that we tell to people, because we are not strong enough to handle the truth ourselves. I have seen many, and personally, in the course of my life I have personally experienced the pain that comes after the 'White' lie turns black.
所谓：纸是包不住火的。Just like how the paper can never wrap a fire, the truth will always reign, so why even tell an untruth in the first place. However that said, before we utter our so called 'truth' we have to check our intentions for telling them the truth.
If our intentions are right and for the sake of adding value to the other party's life, I believe it is not right to keep it from them even though it might hurt them.
